Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders or shipping fees.


Exchanges:
All items are handmade, so slight variations in color and design may occur. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges.


Damages or Incorrect items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Shipping:
Please allow 5–10 business days pre order Custom paint palettes, as each item is handmade with care. For products marked as “Ready To Ship,” processing time is 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via the email provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or holidays.


Undelivered or Refused Orders:
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any reshipment fees, and any additional charges that may apply (such as taxes or handling fees).

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds in these situations. If you’re unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local postal service before ordering.
